Pay charge now onwards for parking vehicles in home too

If everything goes well then, you will have to pay Parking tax at the time of purchasing the vehicle in Madhya Pradesh. This will be in addition to the charges paid for public parking stands. Government has decided to take this cost for parking in home, roads etc. which means that you will be charged even, if your vehicle is right there in your home.

There will be one time payment by the private vehicles while yearly for commercial. It has no relation with the normal parking charges.

Government of Madhya Pradesh is all set to put burden o the pockets of common man. A draft regarding the revision of parking charges and other amendments will be introduced soon. Till now, Delhi is the only city where such type of costs have to be paid at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Mp will be the second state to join the Capital and they will target 3 & 4 wheelers in the beginning.

This plan will help increase the revenue of the state. No insurance without the payment of this tax will be ensured for the older vehicles.

However, Babu Lal Gour said that, "i have not yet got any information. The draft will be passed only after proper discussion".

Collector enrolled his daughter in Government school

In todays world when people are running towards Private schools to get better education for their children, there is a man who has enrolled his daughter in a government school. Also, that man is not a common man, he’s Collector.

Collector Anand Kumar has enrolled his daughter in Kumilankuttai Panchayat Sangh Primary School. Also he made a clear instruction that teachers should behave normally to my daughter like other children in class.

Remote Control Operated Honest Prime Minister-Anna Hazare

Anna Hazare was having many hopes with UPA Cheif Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh regarding the Lokpal Bill. According to Anna Hazare, both of them were like rays of hopes but but don't what mistake happened. 

Even Anna is not getting the reason behind the Government's moving away from the matter. Anna while a TV program told, Manmohan is an honest Prime Minister. But also said that, he is compelled and is being operated by remote control. In such situation what he can do? It's like "some one will cut your ears if you will speak".

Anna repeated that he will start second session f his movement from 16th of August.He said if Lokpal Bill will not be passed then he will start Anshan at Jantar-Mantar. Anna said that his demands are demand of Janshakti and Janshakti is asking for their rights. He also refused from any relation with RSS.

Baba Ramdev was priming the supporters at Ramlila Ground-delhi Police

Delhi Police justified their Lathi Charge on the supporters as well as Baba at Ramlila Ground who were on indefinite fast against Black Money and corruption. In their justification Letter handed to Supreme Court on Friday Delhi Police justified their action saying that, Baba was priming his supporters and has alleged that crowd was throwing stones on them. Police told that, Baba has only been given permission for Yoga Camp, but it turned out as a political rally.

80 minutes were given to remove crowd:

Police also told in their justification letter that, Police Officers  went on the stage at 1:00 am in night to tell baba that his gathering has been told illegal. At the same time the supporters of Baba started shouting and stoned. 80 minutes have been given to disperse the crowd and finally at 2:20, we have to take action. 

More People than allowed:

According to Police 72 were injured while Police action in which 39 citizen and 29 Policemen were there. In justification Letter Police said that, only 5000 people were allowed to be gathered in Yoga Camp in Ramlila Ground but there were 20 thousand people present on 4-5th midnight.

Only Tear Gas no force:

According to Police, no force or Lathi charge has been used against Baba Ramdev. Supporters of Baba started throwing stones on Police men after which they only used Tear gases.

Reports prepared by Lawyers:

According to sources, Delhi Police has prepared the answer sheet of 25 pages late night on Thursday with the help of Lawyers. Police has also presented the CD of CCTV footage of Ramlila Ground with the necessary documents in support of their argument.

Supreme Court has taken Cognizance:

Supreme Court has issued a notice to Home Secretary GK Pillai and BK Gupta, Police Commissioner of Delhi taking cognizance of this matter. Supreme Court has asked that what was the reason due to which Lathi has been charged on people sleeping in night? Court has asked Delhi Police to submit their Justification till 20th of June 2011.

Treasure of Sathya Sai Baba disclosed

The property of Sathya Sai baba stored in his personal chamber in “Yajur Mandir” has been opened by his trust. A lot of property has been found there. 98 kg Gold, 307 kg silver and Rs. 11.56 Crore has been found there.  Sathya Sai Central Trust has issued the details of the property on Friday evening.

Member of Trust and nephew of Sathya Sai Baba told media that the property has been estimated in presence of Ex-Judge of Supreme Court AP Mishra and Ex- Judge of High Court Karnataka Vaidyanath. Also a person from Income Tax Department was present while the estimation of property was being done who helped in estimating the price of Gold and silver ornaments.

On this occasion, 5 Trustee along with Ex-Chief Justice PN Bhagwati were present as independent witness. Shri Ratnakar while giving the details of property to media, read a press notification in which he told that Rs 11.56 Crore cash, 98 kg Gold and 307 kg Silver has been found. He also told that all this has been done in order to make transparency about the treasure found there. The cash has been deposited in account of trust in the State Bank of India at Prashanti Niliyam.

Anna Threatens to resume fast from 16th August 2011

Tensions between Government and Social Activist Anna Hazare are increasing on Lokpal Bill. Civil Society representatives said that, Government is cheating, they are trying to form “Jokpal bill” not Lokpal. Shri Hazare announced that he will resume his indefinite fast from 16^th of August.On this, government replied that Anna should not threaten them. 

Hazare accused government saying that government firstly agreed on all the demands of Civil Society and is refusing now. They don't have a mentality to form an effective Lokpal Bill and there is no way other than indefinite fast and nationwide movements. Government wants us to wither like the movement of Baba Ramdev but we are ready to face lathis, bullets and jail, said Anna. 

Our Indefinite fast will start at Jantar Mantar from 16th of August. Arvind Kejripal, one of the members of Civil Society said that Government is trying to define a Jokpal Bill because it has ear that if Lokpal Bill is passed then half of the ministers will be in Tihar Jail.

Joint Lokpal Bill panel failed to reach any agreement

In the seventh meeting, tensions between the Civil Society representatives and Government regarding Lokpal Bill has deepened on Wednesday, 15th June 2011. Now, they both will prepare their own separate drafts and will submit it to Cabinet till 30th of June 2011. They failed to reach to a consensus regarding the formation of Drafting committee and its working. Meetings will again be arranged on 20th and 21st June 2011. 

Suggestions of Civil Society:

• Lokpal Committee comprising 11 members should be formed and it should have Complete Investigation System on all matters including corruption.Officers at lower posts should have the power to take decisions, investigation and to fix the punishment.
• Lokpal should have right to opt for high level investigation against corrupt officers. There is no need of departmental inquiry and CBI Investigation. Government did not agreed on both of the demands. 

Kapil Sibbal said that, the drafts will be completed till 30th f June. It will have a single Cabinet Note which will comprise with the views of both Civil and Government sides. However, Anna said that, two separate drafts will be prepared and will be sent to Cabinet. Cabinet will take final decision on this issue. 

Everyone across Nation saying “Anshan Tod Do Baba”-Baba still on Indefinite Fast

Baba Ramdev’s health condition is going down day by day, but Baba continues his Anshan on 9^th Day. Doctors have said that, Baba should break his fast as his health is deteriorating.  Also many of known people are reaching Dehradun to meet Baba and to convince Baba to end his fast.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is the major name in the list who has recently said that, “If he is adamant, I am also adamant that I will stay here as long as it takes for him to give up his fast”.

Many others are also involved in the same work, looking to the condition of Baba. Also, all his followers are praying to Baba to break down his fast, so that he could gain strength and can realign himself for battle against Black money and corruption. 

However, there has been no comment from Central Government and Congress. This clearly shows the mood of Central Government that, they will not be agreeing the demands of Baba.

Baba is currently admitted in Himalayan Hospital at Joligrant.

Special Investigation Editor J Dey killed in Mumbai

J Dey, 56 Years old editor (special investigation) with Mid-Day newspaper has been killed barbarously on Saturday in Powai, Mumbai around 2:30 pm. The incident happened when Jyotirmoy Dey was riding a bike near D-Mart super store at Hiranandani Complex in Central Mumbai’s upmarket, Powai. Suddenly four men riding on two bikes fired 8 rounds at Dey from behind. Five of the bullets hit him and one went passed through his skull resulting into spot death. However, he was rushed to Hiranandani Hospital where he was declared dead.

According to Police, recently J Dey has published a series of news on Oil Mafia and later he was threatened to kill. However, State’s Home Minister RR Patil said that, he never made any complaints regarding threat to his life. 

Also Police reported that, CCTV footage near by the crime spot has been collected but forensic evidences which may be crucial cannot be gathered due to rain. However, the statements of two eye-witnesses have been recorded.

10 Police Officers Killed in Dantewada, 4 in serious condition

Maoists killed 10 police officers by blasting a anti-landmine vehicle in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh by setting a landmine explosion. 4 others are seriously injured. The slain Officers included 8 Special Police officers (SPO). The incident took place late night on Thursday.

Police Officer of Dantewada told on Friday that, Maoists have blasted the anti-landmine vehicle near Gatam village in near Katkalyan Police Station, also they heavily fired. 

In this incident 2 local tribal youngster Kishan and Urium Mura recruited on honorarium basis (Rs 4,000/month) has been killed. Also 8 SPO’s lost their live namely Gajendra Thakur,Itwari,Yogeshwar Midyami, Sunil Sharma, Chaman Lal Oyaam, Sukhnath Gawade, Ratiram Morya and Bukus Ram Kunjaam. Other 4 cops are injured. 

During the incident Maoists started firing heavily on Police Men which has been answered by Police Officers as well. Maoists left the place soon after they figured out this incident.

Baba Ramdev health condition stable-Only Saline drop no food

Uttarakhand State Authorities forcibly taken Baba Ramdev to a local hospital in Dehradun from his Haridwar Ashram, as  his his health showed a sign of deterioration. Ramdev was administered glucose but he refused to call off his fast.  

"We have had to take this step as baba's vital parameters were falling. We have given him glucose," said M Meenakshi Sundaram, District Magistrate, Haridwar. 

Also priest Sri Sri Ravishankar himself flew to Haridwar to appeal to Baba Ramdev to end his fast but he was taken to Dehradun by the Doctors for his check up.  

However, doctors in their last update told that the health of baba is stable now. He is under observation of doctors. His health is going down day by day and he also has lost 6 kg of weight, also doctors earlier told that his blood pressure has gone down. But now, his health condition is stable.

Baba has been in ICU today for 2 hours where he was keenly observed. Baba was almost unconscious, when he was taken into hospital. Also he was given glucose, but he refused to take anything after he became conscious. 

Baba Ramdev assets declared-Baba Worth 1177 Crores

Baba Ramdev who is on indefinite fast against corruption and black money has made his assets public. He has a total of Rs. 1177 Crores collected from four of his Trusts in 17 years. He claimed that he has done everything openly and this entire amount has been legally earned.

But, Baba had not given the details of the earnings of his companies. Acharya Balkrishna in a Press Conference on Thursday told that, four trusts are run by Baba which has a total of Rs 426.19 Crores and 751.02 Crores has been spent.

Central Information Commission Ordered CBI to make public information about Niira Radia

CBI’s argument regarding Niira Radia case has been overruled by the Central Information Commission, CIC. Agency (CBI) argued that public information regarding Niira Radia, who was involved in the Spectrum Allocation scam will lead to disclosure of the probe.

Corporate lobbyist Niira has been arrested regarding 2G Spectrum Scam and has been interrogated by CBI. Now, the CIC wants CBI to issue public information regarding Niira. CIC put a deadline of 10^th of June 2011 to do the same before the agency. 

Major happenings in 2G Scam:

• Tanya Thakur, a resident of Lucknow, who put up an RTI application and wanted to know that whether Radia is really involved in serious issues of 2G Scam or she is just been figured at discussion stage.

• On this, CBI filed Act 8(1)(h) of the RTI act which allows unrevealing of information which may affect probe.

• Sailesh Gandhi, Information Commissioner directed CBI to issue public Information till 10^th June 2011.

• Group of companies are accused of receiving telecom spectrum at very low prices in 2G Spectrum Scam.

EGom to talk about hike in Diesel, LPG, Kerosene Prices

Empowered Group of Ministers on fuel pricing will be having a meeting in Delhi on Thursday, regarding hike in Diesel, Kerosene and LPG (Cooking Gas). However, the intentions have been cleared by Petroleum Ministry, as they said that they will be putting up a proposal for a substantial growth in Diesel Prices before the Group of Ministers.

Reasons behind hike in fuel prices:

The reason behind the hike in price is loss of Rs 78,000 Crore, faced by the oil marketing firms in 2010-11 due to sale of diesel and cooking gas at lower cost than cost price. However, 41000 Crores has been compensated by the Indian Government and GAIL and ONGC were asked to bear the remaining loss of30, 286.75 Crores.

Kalmadi did not get bail-CWG Scam

The problems of Suresh Kalmadi, Former Chief of Common Wealth Games Organizing Committee has been increasing since he has been arrested in CWG Scam. On Monday, one f the Courts in Delhi denied his petition for bail. Kalmadi has been arrested due to allowance of a Tender while CWG to a Swiss Company for Timing, Scoring and Resulting (TSR) at a throwaway rate in pre-planned manner.

Special CBI Judge Talwant Singh has denied the bail petition of ASV Prasad, Joint Director of Sports organizing Committee along with Suresh Kalmadi, saying that, the allegations on both of them are very serious. He also said that, they may influence the people giving their statements against them.Prasad is close to Kalmadi and has played key role in giving away that Tender to Swiss Company in throwaway price.

Ramdev Baba Arrested and carried away from Ramlila Ground

Ramdev Baba who started his indefinite fast on Saturday at Ramlila Ground, Delhi has been forcefully removed by hundreds of cops from Ramlila Ground at 3:00 am in the morning today (Sunday, 5th June 2011) soon after Saturday midnight. Ramdev Baba’s hunger strike against Black Money and corruption has not even lasted a day long.

Also, his supporters were dispersed by use of tear gas and batons and have taken away Ramdev from the stage, without giving him a single chance to talk to government.

However, on other hand both Delhi Police and home ministry sources insisted that Ramdev had not been arrested and had left the place voluntarily after being served an order to quit the capital.

A former Indian Navy Officer who was present among the thousands of Baba’s supporters said that, “What has happened is disgusting. It was barbarous”. Supporters of Baba present at Ramlila Ground reported that, Delhi Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) came to Ramlila Ground in great number between 12.45 and 1a.m., which clearly indicates that this was a pre-planned operation.

Also a Police Officer said that, they just wanted to serve the government order to Ramdev to quit the Capital as Ramlila ground had been allocated for holding a yoga camp and not for what it was being used.

Thinking that, he may be arrested by the Delhi Cops Ramdev took up a mike and appealed his supporters not to involve in any kind of violence over the place, soon he jumped among the crowd saying similar words.

Soon after this Police started to use his batons to control the situation as the crowd started throwing rings around Baba and the situation quickly slipped out of hand. Some protestors whipped out fire extinguishers to try to keep the police at bay. Some of the followers of baba fell down of stage protecting him from Police.

Within few hours, the ground was emptied and only few people almost 100 remained there in agitation.

Ramdev Baba Latest News-Ramdev Baba on indefinite fast from tomorrow

All the hard work of Union ministers Kapil Sibal and Subodh Kant Sahay failed to make any agreement with Baba Ramdev on Friday that is today in a 4 hours long meeting on the yoga guru's threat to go on an indefinite fast against corruption nd Black Money stored in Swiss Bank.

Also Ramdev Baba recently said in press Conference in Ramlila Ground that, “I would be going on indefinite fast (anshan) from tomorrow. I also said that he will not let any political party to make use of this issue to make his personal benefit. I would give all the credit to Central Government if, they accept all my demands.

Sibal told that our meeting failed to make any agreement, even though we have presented him written answers to all his questions. Sibal, one of government's negotiators, told reporters that, "I have no idea about his plans," Sibal said when asked if Ramdev will be permitted to go on fast.

On other hand Ramdev's spokesperson, said that the answers given by the government were unsatisfactory.

The meeting took place in a high profile Hotel, Claridges Hotel from 2 p.m. This was second meeting; the first one took place on Wednesday between Yoga Guru and Government. According to source, the reason behind choosing the Hotel as meeting place is that, the ministers did not want to go to the Ramlila Ground, as it would reflect an impression of the government being too loyal to the yoga guru.

Now as Baba has told media that he will be starting indefinite fast from tomorrow that is 4th June 2011, Central  Government would have to really scratch their hands and will have take strict actions.

International Maritime Defence Show (IMDEX), which is being organized to present the various weapons, new technologies and advancements, will take place in Changi Exhibition Center in Singapore this year. Osama Bin Laden Killed in Abbotabad in Pakistan

Osama-bin-Laden has been killed today by the US special Task Force. This operation has been carried out secretly and even Pakistan was not aware of this operation as told by Obama. He was living in Abbotabad in a 15-16 feet long walled house. Obama's house was built in 2005. According to US intelligence he was brought down by a courier. Osama was killed in this operation and also two of his son's died in the operation. The operation was carried out last night at 1:00 am.

US Presidant Barack Obama said on this occasion that, "It's a great day for US. The attackers of World Trade Center 9/11 is killed". He also said that, "Justice has been done". According to US Osama fought US Forces personally. He was most-wanted for US after the World Trade Center. Everyone in US is very happy.
