After exotic IPL 2011, it’s turn for Celebrity Cricket League, CCL which is having its maiden season this year. CCL is designed on t-20 Match format and players would be none other than celebrities of Hindi, Kannad, Telugu and Tamil Film Industry. It will last till12th of June 2011starting from 4th June 2011. There are four teams, six league matches and one flashing Finale. All the CCL, matches will be played in three venues, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
CCL marked its beginning on 4th of June in Bengaluru and Finale will take place in Hyderabad. The Four Teams participating in this season of CCL are named as Chennai Rhinos, Telugu Warriors, Karnataka Bulldozers and Mumbai Heroes.
CCL has been promoted by various events organized in different cities. The Logo has been revealed by a group of stars at Taj Coromandel, at Express Avenue, and South Indian famous actress Shreya Saran kicked off the ticket and T-shirt sales for CCL.
