Rajasthan Royals beat Pune Warriors by 6 wickets

Rajasthan Royals captain Shane Warne won the toss and decided to put Pune Warriors into bat first. Jesse Ryder was hitting some good shots but was soon stumped on Botha’s delivery. After his departure, Robin Uthappa and Manish Pandey took the responsibility on their shoulders and started playing aggressively against Royals good bowling attack. Soon, Rajasthan Royals came back in game and at one stage runs were hard to come as bowl was not at all coming on the bat. They scored 143 runs on the scoreboard.



In reply to Pune Warriors, RR got off to a poor start as Watson and Dravid departed earlier. Johan Botha was playing cleverly but Rahul Sharma haunted him as LBW. Menaria and Ross Taylor joined their hands and scored some useful runs for team. Ross Taylor helped to win their third consecutive match in IPL-4. Pune Warriors lost their 6th consecutive match which stunned their fans completely.
