Players should also get Bharat Ratna

Sports Minister Ajay Makhan said that the players who made India pride with their performance at International Level must be Awarded with Nation's Top Most Citizen Award "Bharat Ratna". Makhan told that he has written a letter regarding the same to Home Minister P.Chidambaram. 

Ajay Makhan wrote a letter to Chidamabarm and said, " It's very unfortunate that Sports has not been added to various Categories for this Award and that is why no Sports Person has yet received Bharat Ratna". Also the matter of awarding Sachin Tendulkar with this Citizen Award has took speed in between but the topic is in graves now.

Rahul Dravid takes inspiration from Sachin Tendulkar

Even after spending 15 years of splendid play in International Cricket Rahul Dravid still, takes inspiration from Sachin Tendulkar. Dravid who played many valuable innings for Indian Team in both ODI’s and Tests in the middle order also known as Mr. Wall, said that, Sachin is in great form from last couple of years. He has played beautifully in this span of time during his career.

When I started my career in 1996 in International Cricket Sachin has already played for 7 odd years. He was my captain at West Indies Tour. He was my inspiration that time and is still my inspiration. 

Rahul Dravid is one of the best batsmen in World Cricket. He is the third batsman after Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Pointing to score maximum runs in Test Cricket. Dravid has played 150 Test Matches and scored 12063 runs with an average of 52.44.

Sachin Tendulkar wanted to take retirement two years before

Sachin Tendulkar, God of cricket has made full mood to take retirement from Cricket two years before. This has been revealed by Yuvraj Singh.Yuvi told that, there was a time when Sachin was not feeling great playing cricket and he was not enjoying it. Sachin felt like leaving cricket. But he emerged himself from bad form and has proved his worth. It’s notable that Sachin’s has been suffering with his form during 2005-09. People started asking for Sachin’s retirement with his falling performance graph.

But, Sachin Tendulkar said everything with his bat in 2010 and made everyone silent. It was the same year when Sachin made 200 runs in ODI and created history.

Yuvi said that, he talked to Master blaster about his bad form and he has performed very well in WC 2011 following his guidance. He also told that, Sachin gave him his own example.
