Indian Squad for T20 and ODI Series against England to be declared today

Friday, August 5, 2011

In Chennai, Indian squad will be declared today by the selectors. Harbhajan Singh will not be included in the squad as he is injured and will take 4 weeks to get recover. Sachin Tendulkar, Sehwag, Gambhir and Kohli are finalized for the batting department. Captain MS Dhoni is all set to return in blue jersey as he will play 1st ODI series after ICC World Cup 2011. Rohit Sharma will be given chance in the England to show his past talent.

Suresh Raina has also performed well in West Indies which has made his place almost final for the ODI Series against England. Talking about bowling department, it’s hard for Nehra to return in the squad as Ishant Sharma, Praveen Kumar and Munaf Patel will be available in the squad due to their classical performance in recent ODI matches.

Yusuf Pathan might return in the team whereas Ojha and Ashwin can also find place in the absence of Harbhajan Singh.

Rohit Sharma may be back in Indian Squad against England

Indian batsman Rohit Sharma is totally confident that his name will be approved for the T20 International match against England. His recent Performance in West Indies was really mind blowing. His classical and talented batting has always impressed the selectors. He has played many superb innings in even pressure situations.

Indian Squad will be declared today where fans are expecting his name. His lack of experience is the major problem which can put him out of the ODI Squad against England. He is very hard working, dedicated and determined towards his game which makes him different from others. In West Indies he was Man of the Series which was good achievement for him at foreign grounds. It will be interesting to see how selectors respond while announcing the squad.
