On the eve of Sthapna Diwas of Madhya Pradesh, various Programs will be conducted in Lal Pared Ground on 1st of November 2011. Many dignitaries along with Bollywood Celeb Hema Malini will be attending the program.
Due to Foundation Day Celebrations, the three way road from Roshanpura to PHQ will be closed for common traffic movement. However, there will be alternate roadways for these places so that, public do not have to suffer a lot. Also, special parking scheme has been made for the vehicles of the people coming to attend the celebration.
Diversions:-
There has been rumors that there will be a holiday tomorrow, but there is nothing like that. All the educational institutions will be running as per their schedule.

- Heavily loaded vehicles going to Roshanpura from Bharat Talkies via PHQ and vice-versa are requested to move from Pul Bogda, Jinsi, Maida Mill, Borad Office, Link Road No.1.
- The way between Lily Cinema & Gandhi Park will be restricted for the persons other than those, who are attending the program.
- The one who are supposed to go to the Old City from New Market (Purana City) may go via Polytechnic Chauraha, Kamla Park, Ginnori, Talaiyaa to avoid inconvenience.
- Red Pass-People with red colored pass have to move in front of SBI Bank Gate where they will be given entry for parking.
- Blue Pass-The vehicles coming from Gandhi Nagar Park will be given parking entry at Satkaar Gate & those coming from Jail Pahari will be given entry at ITI gate.
- Media Persons & Yellow Pass-They will be given entry from Satkaar Gate & ITI Gate and will have to park their vehicles in Horse Riding Ground.
