Saturday, April 30, 2011

When Pune had won first two games in IPL-4, fans were hoping that Pune will do some great wonders in this IPL but everything got spoiled when they faced fifth consecutive defeat tomorrow against Royal Challengers Bangalore. After winning the toss, Yuvraj Singh decided to put Bangalore into bat first. Decision was totally false as they had made 181 runs in 20 overs.

Gayle and Kohli took the responsibility and started playing aggressive game against Pune bowlers. Royal Challengers Bangalore won their third consecutive match after losing two previous matches. Ryder scored half century and gave good start to Pune Warriors but middle order was failed again. When Robin Uthappa and Yuvraj Singh were at crease there were some hopes of winning but clever bowling from RCB bowlers was the main reason for warriors defeat. Owner and fans of Pune were totally disappointed after this performance from them. Royal Challengers Bangalore has now reached to second position in the standings.
